12 Days of Drinkmas: What’s that?!? PLUS How to Make a Bellini
I hit peak bubbly drinking time at Thanksgiving...
...but it begins on my birthday in September. I am 100% certain that I am made up of 50% champagne, 20% coffee, 30% inappropriate gifs sent to my friends and loved ones.
Champagne and prosecco make things just a little bit more fun and celebratory. Hence why we start with the easy and festive Bellini for Drinkmas. But wait...
What is Drinkmas?
Christmas + Drank = Drankmas. I mean Drinkmas. We are choosing to celebrate Yule with a Bacchanalia of alcohol. This idea has been floating around in my brain that TY is letting me live it out! We will make 12 drinks leading up to Christmas (technically until two days’ after Christmas).
This Drinkmas theme is: Running through all the classic cocktails from Manhattans to Mojitos. TY and I will be teaching you all how to make the classic cocktails as well as a holiday DIY, recipe, or tutorial. We also have awesome video content coming your way!
- Peach Puree
- If you are making the puree yourself we suggest white peaches if you can
- You can also use peach nectar instead of Peach Puree
Slightly chill a champagne flute. (10-20 minutes in the fridge) We used nice crystal water goblets because we fancy.
Remove and pour about 2 oz peach puree in the flute
Follow that with 4oz of prosecco
Put it in your face.
Feel free to garnish with a lemon or peach slice!
